Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the AI Dinner Club website (aidinner.co.uk) and your membership or attendance at our events. The AI Dinner Club is operated by Digital Entrepreneur Ltd, United Kingdom.

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or registering for an event, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or attend our events.

AI Dinner Club membership is a rolling monthly subscription, currently priced at £250 per month. Membership grants you:

• A seat at every monthly London AI Dinner
• Access to event recaps, transcripts, live streams and podcasts
• Access to the member directory
• The ability to invite guests at a member discount

Membership is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account credentials. While you may transfer your seat for an individual event to another person, your membership itself cannot be assigned or transferred to another individual.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.

If a payment fails, your membership will be cancelled immediately. You will need to re-subscribe to regain access. We do not offer refunds for partial months or for months where you did not attend an event.

You may cancel your membership at any time from your account or by contacting us at duncan@digital-entrepreneur.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a membership at our discretion if these terms are breached.

Events are held on the last Tuesday of each month in London. Venue details are confirmed by email ahead of each event. Attendance is subject to capacity and your membership being active at the time of the event.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your seat to another person via the event page. The recipient will receive a confirmation email with their ticket details. Seats may not be sold or commercially transferred — transfers are permitted for personal reasons only. We reserve the right to refuse entry at our discretion.

Dietary requirements submitted via the site are passed to the venue in good faith. We cannot guarantee the venue's ability to accommodate all requirements and accept no liability for dietary incidents.

Active members may invite guests to events. Guest invitations are issued at the member's discretion and responsibility. By inviting a guest, you confirm they are aware their name and email will be shared with us for event administration. Guest access does not include membership benefits such as recaps, transcripts or the member directory.

We reserve the right to cancel, postpone or change the venue of any event. In such cases, we will notify registered attendees by email as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued for event cancellations where an alternative date is offered within 60 days. Where no alternative is offered, a pro-rata credit may be applied at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• Use the site or member directory to solicit, spam or commercially target other members without their consent
• Share, reproduce or distribute event recaps, transcripts or recordings outside the membership
• Misrepresent your identity or professional background when registering
• Attempt to access areas of the site you are not authorised to use
• Engage in disruptive, offensive or inappropriate behaviour at events

Breach of these terms may result in immediate membership cancellation without refund.

All content on this site — including event recaps, transcripts, recordings, and podcast episodes — is the property of Digital Entrepreneur Ltd or its contributors. Members may access this content for personal use only. Redistribution, reproduction or commercial use is not permitted without written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Entrepreneur Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or attendance at events. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in membership fees in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or membership following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
